Nick made the news about restraining order known to the public through the Twitter with hashtags #mentalhealth, #guncontrolnow and #guncontrol. The decision was made by Nick and his sister Angel. Nick’s alert was based on Aaron’s “increasingly alarming behavior and his recent confession that he harbors thoughts and intentions of killing my pregnant wife and unborn child”. By saying that “we were left no choice”, Nick revealed that this choice was not a good strategy, but he had to do it for his family’s safety. Nick also expressed that his love to his brother is same as before and hoped that Aaron could be out of the difficulties before anything bad happen.

Nick Carter has filed a restraining order against his brother, pop singer Aaron Carter for his possible intention to harm Nick’s pregnant wife and the unborn child. The order was obtained on Tuesday, September, 17, claiming that Aaron must stay 100 feet away from his brother and his family. Aaron cannot show up at any places near Nick’s Las Vegas residence.

Aaron continued “I am astounded at the accusations being made against me and I do not wish harm to anyone, especially my family”.
